I am currently accepting new clients for ongoing work. I generally see clients on a recurring weekly or biweekly basis for 50-minute sessions. The number of sessions is highly individual for each client, and can range from a handful of sessions with a very specific focus to ongoing depth work for months or even years. To begin the process, contact me to set up a free, 30-minute, in-person consultation to see if my therapeutic style is a good fit for you. Your comfort with your counselor is one of the most important components of the therapeutic process. After our initial visit, the choice to continue or not will be entirely yours. I generally see clients for weekly sessions, but am open to biweekly sessions as well if you feel that would be more appropriate for you.
Before our consultation session, I will send you some pre-session paperwork to complete and bring our first session. If you are able to do this ahead of time, it will allow us to spend more time in the session focusing on your concerns and answering any questions you may have. For couples, please complete two separate copies of each form.
Individual or Couples Session (50-Minute Session): $125
Unfortunately, I do not currently accept insurance, but I can provide receipts for you to submit for your Out-of-Network mental health insurance benefits. Contact your insurance company to inquire about the reimbursement process.
I accept cash, check, and major credit cards. I can also provide receipts for submission to FSA or HSA accounts.
I may have some sliding scale fee slots available for those who are committed to counseling, but unable to make the full fee work financially. If this sounds like you, please contact me and I’ll provide more information for you.
